Refund Policy

At Fink Home Designs, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver top-
quality landscaping services. Our refund policy aims to address specific scenarios regarding refunds for services rendered:

1. Refund Eligibility:

a. Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

i. Overpayment: In case of accidental overpayment or duplicate charges,
the excess amount will be refunded promptly upon verification.

ii. Service Cancellation: If a client cancels the service before work
commences or before materials are purchased, a refund for any advance
payment made will be issued, minus any incurred costs by Fink Home
Designs up to the cancellation date.

2. Refund Process:

a. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing or via email to the Fink
Home Designs customer service team at FinkHomeDesigns@gmail.com

b. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of approval of the refund request.

c. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Non-Refundable Items/Services:

a. Certain circumstances or services may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:

i. Services that have already commenced and are in progress or
completed.

ii. Customized or personalized design services that have been completed per the clients' specifications.
iii. Materials and expenses specifically purchased or incurred for the
project.

4. Partial Refunds:

a. In cases where only a portion of the services has been rendered, a prorated refund may be applicable based on the work completed versus the total project cost.

5. Refund Disputes:

a. If there are any concerns or disputes regarding the eligibility for a refund,
clients are encouraged to reach out to the Fink Home Designs customer service team for resolution.

6. Modifications and Amendments:

a. Fink Home Designs reserves the right to amend or modify this refund policy as deemed necessary. Any updates or changes will be communicated to clients promptly.
