Payment Policy

At Fink Home Designs, we believe in a hassle-free experience. Our Payment Policy outlines transparent and secure transactions, ensuring convenience as you embark on your design journey with us.

At Fink Home Designs, we aim to provide exceptional landscaping and home design services while ensuring transparent and fair financial transactions for our clients. To maintain the quality of our work and the efficiency of our operations, we have instituted the following payment policy:


1. Initial Payment:

a. Upon approval of the estimate provided for the project, a payment amounting to 50% of the total estimated cost or the full cost of materials required to complete the project (whichever is greater) will be due 24 hours in advance of the project start date.

2. Remaining Payment:

a. The remaining balance, constituting the outstanding 50% of the estimated
project cost after the initial payment and/or any additional expenses incurred during the project, will be due at the time of project completion.

 

3. Payment Methods:

a. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, or
electronic funds transfer (EFT). Please note that any applicable fees related to specific payment methods will be at the discretion of the banking institution.


4. Change Orders:
a. Any changes or additional services requested during the project that result
in extra costs will be discussed and documented in a change order. Payment for these modifications will be due based on the agreed-upon terms outlined in the change order.

5. Late Payments:
a. Late initial payments beyond the agreed-upon date may delay the project
start date. Late remaining payments will be subject to an additional charge of interest at a rate of 5% per month until the outstanding balance is settled.


6. Cancellation Policy:
a. In the event of project cancellation by the client after the initial payment,
Fink Home Designs reserves the right to retain a percentage of the initial payment to cover any incurred costs and potential loss of business opportunities.


7. Invoice and Receipt:
a. An invoice will be provided upon approval of the estimate, detailing the payment schedule and any specific terms agreed upon. A receipt will be issued upon the completion of the project, acknowledging the final payment.

8. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
a. Fink Home Designs is committed to delivering high-quality services. In the
rare instance where the client is dissatisfied with the completed project, please communicate any concerns promptly, and we will strive to address and rectify the situation to your satisfaction.

9. Right to Modify
a. Fink Home Designs reserves the right to update or modify this payment policy as needed, and any revisions will be communicated to clients promptly.
